The house is located 300 meters of the two most prestigious hotels in Las Terrenas which offer quality

SITUATION
The house is located in the north of the Dominican Republic, 5 minutes driving from the center of the
touristic village Las Terrenas belonging to the province of Sámana and is built on a plot of 4000 m2.
Cosón beach is listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in Sámana for its preserved nature and its
proximity to the city.
Rosabaya is oriented West and you can enjoy the sunset right in front of the sea from the tropical
garden. The particularity of the villa is that all rooms have sea views.
The villa has its own generator set (in case of interruption) to guarantee the best service and comfort
of its occupants.

For weddings, productions, and events, etc… the minimum rental is 5 days.
In case of event, an event fee is additional to the rental price. For productions, the event fee is to be
fixed according to the rental period (from 27 to 40 guests US$ 1500, from 41 to 60, US$ 2500, from 61
to 80 US$ 3500, from 80 to 100 US$ 4500, superior to 100 guests, contact us).
For rentals made during the month of your rental, full payment is be required.
